Development at BAS Nucleo department.
My main activity in the team was developing an ASP.NET code generation framework for generating webapps integrated with their ERP, BAS.
I proactively encouraged my department to improve our software development lifecycle (SDLC). I was responsible for the setup and administration of VS Team Foundation Server (TFS) and teaching how to use these tools in order to improve the quality of our product. I was also responsible for the migration from Sourcesafe to TFS. I organised some training about testing methodologies, how to use unit tests and how to write testable/readable code, using the Unit Test framework included with VSTS and the Moq library for mock objects. I also setup the Continuous Integration build server, and provided different metrics to developers and managers for watching and controlling the evolution of the project.

I was the project lead of a project called Gesmed, developed for Easy IS and Instituto Andaluz de Tecnología.
I was responsible of the success of the team, composed by two devs and me. I was the responsible of estimations, planning and some other managements tasks, and development too.
We developed a instrument management website using ASP.NET 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX, the AJAX Control Toolkit, SubSonic and some other technologies.
The team used Subversion and Trac for the management of code and issues/tasks.
