In 2005, I formed Specialist Resourcing and Coaching LLC to provide coaching and mentoring services to sales, marketing and leadership teams and individuals as well as head-hunting services for a range of technical industry clients. Previously, I was co-owner of a specialist contract Biotech/IT personnel provider for France and the EU while also the Managing Partner of Certus IT Contractors.

In my early recruitment days, I served as Director of Infinity Search, Inc. and as an interim manager turned Managing Director of a major Interim Management provider in the UK.

Other previous roles as an Interim Manager include: Director of Strategic Marketing and Sales (ICL-Tplc), CEO (Newlands Relocation), Marketing Manager (Industrial Purification Systems) and others.

My early professional experience includes more than a year as Corporate Marketing Manager at Fujitsu-ICL Computers, General Manager/Marketing and Business Development Manager at FCB Associates, Executive Director - National Security Advisory Board at the Council for Inter-American Security.

    My current role is as Business Development and Marketing Consultant to the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal (UK). The Brewery is a unique venue as it is both arts and family venue as well as has 4 bars/restaurants.
