Now, back to the origins in the telecom area, have been part of the R&D Global Graduate Programme at Ericsson, which joins multiculture, leadership, business and technology. This programme consisted in assignments in different countries, areas and roles during 18 months, acquiring a deep insight in Ericsson's organization, business, people, and customers from a global perspective.

Software Designer in the HSS Product Development Unit, responsible for the HSS node.
Member of the Customer Product Information team, providing technical input for the designers in form of use cases, as well as producing the customer documentation.

The program is a mix of on-the-job training, project work, e-learning and instructor-led training. It covers competence development in the technical, business and human competence areas and can be divided in 4 modules.
1) Located in Stockholm, training about the Ericsson Ways of Working, its ways to success, its history and its future. After this, I have got an overall perspective of Ericsson, R&D and customers.
2) Located in Spain, job-specific technical training, and learning more about Ericsson on a regional level.
3) Back in Stockholm, working in a multicultural team on a project assigned by the R&D Mgmt Team.
Training in Project Management, Finance, Communication, Leadership Fundamentals and Presentation Skills.
4) International Assignment: Customer Project Manager in Japan. Goals of this module: work with a customer, experience a different culture, and develop competence in Project Management.
