Invited to lead a multi-discipline team of 10 technical managers to solve a major warranty problem. Chaired weekly meetings to guide them through a proprietary problem solving method (G8D), organised, prioritised and negotiated short term (fast) and long term (robust) solutions to effectively focus limited resources.
Supported the team (e.g. resolved disputes, achieved consensus) and management (e.g. the plant director).
