- In charge of all TMB’s brand advertising campaigns, managing, deciding, coordinating, planning, executing and controlling all of them (aprox. 12 ad campaigns and 12 collaborations by year)
- Managing and administrating a €1,600,000 budget
- Working all the advertising campaigns with prestigious Ad Agencies and Media Agencies (DDB, Starcom, OMD)
- Increased the creativity and effectiveness of the advertising campaigns implementing a new work method of interrelations between the providers (especially between the Advertising Agency and de Media Agency)
- Introduced on the company 360º multimedia campaigns with interrelation between the different medias getting then a bigger effectiveness that with the sum of the different media (Eg. El Primavera Sound baja al metro, Concurso literario on-line de relatos cortos)
- Events Organization
- Introduced in a lot of campaigns the possibility to the customer to communicate and share his communications through TMB, using pull strategies instead of push.
- Introduced in the company viral marketing campaigns. (Eg. TMB te lleva al Red Bull Air Race)
- Achieved big collaboration between the different departments and areas on TMB. (Company with more than 8.000 workers).

- Created and Implemented a new information system for the bus routes (pocket leaflets with the Bus Timetable), introduced now on more than 40 bus routes.
- Executed the visual and TV campaign “Gaudeix del Trajecte (Angelet)” with a €1,100,00 value.
