I've got experience in a number of different kinds of companies, small and big, local and international, industry and services, for which I've developed different functions along my career: engineering, customer service, engineer management, business management, marketing and sales as well as some experience in procurement, information systems or quality assurance.
I think one of my strongest points is starting new activities, what I've done several times in the companies I was working at the moments. My strategic vision combined with good team building capabilities and a good general business experience help me in the development of new activities.

city council budget (100M€). Initiating and developing a city innovation policy including the first "local innovation plan" in Spain (2005). Developing a "city entrepreneur path" going from secondary schools through university to the incubator. I've got the presidency of "Eurotowns" -www.eurotowns.org-, the european medium sized cities network, for Manresa. I have highly improved the city budget definition procedure by computerizing it and got several national systems information awards for the city council services.
